Oh my! That is a terrible heat wave. I wonder how hot is has been where my granddaughter is living (in the U.K.). This time of year, we are usually around 100 F, sometimes a bit more, but we have had a nice couple of days, in the high 80s and 90.
@grannysue Oh, usually around 100 F? That sounds quite a lot for Germans. July is the warmest month here, but most of the days in July are less than 80 F.
But 2018 and 2019 were warmer than usual.
Anything more than 86 F is really hot for us ;)
@ninaganci Yes, nearly...we keep all windows closed by day and open them by night. WE had a rainy day in the meantime, but today it's hot again. Hey, it's finally summer here :) So I don't wanna complain
