@bkbinthecity Many thanks for you comment :) I don't know if it will be used again ... probably it's better to keep it like it is. As far as I know, someone tried to get permission for a café, but failed (too expensive). This tower stands on a little wooded hill in my hometown, where you can rest and enjoy the silence. If they would open this building, it would change everything, especially for the wild animals in the wood. Closed and abandoned, the tower has more charme for me, it has something mysterious.

@ninaganci Oh yes, indeed, now that you say it! It's an abrevoir with a big basin in hip height and some smaller ones near the ground (maybe for humans and dogs?). Thanks for commenting :)

What a wonderful structure for a water tower - ours are usually very utilitarian and quite ugly!
