I went to a "Meet the Farmer" event today in a neighboring town and couldn't resist taking a pic of these two little piggies. They were adorable. Even though they seemed pretty sleepy and calm to me, their little girl owner kept her hand up to prevent them from getting loose, making me wonder if they get a bit wild sometimes or if she was just overprotective.
They will grow up on a lovely farm on Cape Cod and to paraphrase the famous farmer Joel Salatin, they will live a very nice life and have one bad day. Seeing them made me rethink eating meat.
great memorable photo of them... I am thinking I guess they will end up bacon now... are we going to see some of the photos from these two... sorry... just imagining so much... nice shot!
