The best two choices of today were a gorgeous light pink rose I found hidden on a rose bush I completely forgot about, or this clover with a friend that I unwittingly captured while laying in the grass around noon when I took the dog for a walk. It's certainly not dramatic, but it felt like a clover kind of day.
This one is really nice, especially with the little antennae peeking out. And besides, any shot you have to actually lay down in the grass for...well, that's the shot to post!
Wow, you just never know how people will read a photo or the caption you give it. Paula, that is exactly why I chose this photo. I've been so busy I can barely remember to breathe and the five minutes lying in the grass were what I want to hold onto today. Jennifer, those were the only five minutes of my day that were relaxing, but it's nice to think about a whole day there. And Trina, thank you. I was really missing everything about 365, and making hay out of sunshine (old farmer's term, I think), was what I most wanted to do.
ps. Robin's sh*t made me giggle ... ;-)
Re: Life does get in the way sometimes :p Nice to see you back, though :]
