Today I had to drive my son and his drum set to Provincetown for his art class at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum, so I walked around for a while taking photos and then settled into an internet cafe to try to catch up on my 365 commenting. It was alot of fun and a nice break from my regular routine.
Oh I love this! How appropriate....and so creative. It is wonderful to see how much effort folks put into their display.....glad to know you had a lovely day Laurie. Another fave!
As many times I have been in P-Town over the years, I have to say you have found something new, and very "artsy" for me to appreciate there. Lobster traps for decorations? Very different indeed!
so pretty! I do love seeing all the wonderful holiday lights and installations this time of year! (no tree here yet). I'm so behind on everything. . .one day at a time, right?
wow, that is quite a Christmas tree! fun seeing Christmas decor that is specific to your area.......definitely wouldn't see one of these in my neck of the woods;)
There was one on Chronicle the other night 30 feet tall made from green wire lobster traps in Rockport Maine (I think) and they filmed the people making it. It was a lot of work. They were really proud of it as I am sure the people who made this one are. Yankee ingenuity. Great Shot!
