Today was gorgeous and in the 70's. My husband, son, little doggie and I took a long walk to the outer beach at Nauset. This is one of my favorite places in the world. I hope all you moms had a wonderful Mother's Day.

Hi Laurie! I love the idea of setting up a tripod on the bird bath and using the remote. A tripod just isn't practical (for me) for typical birding, but there you'd have a great chance of getting an awesome shot! I happen to adore shots of bathing birdies, so I can't wait! :)
@ellen I'm not in love with a tripod, either. But it was such a thoughtful and cool suggestion that I'm going to try it. My husband has made our yard a bird haven in the last year and I love looking out my kitchen window and seeing the birds frolic in that bird bath.
