Free Range?

Right in the center of my town is an herb shop that has a whole flock of free range chickens. They literally wander around right next to Main Street, but I've never heard of one getting hit by a car. For some reason this free chicken standing next to a roll of chicken wire amused me. She actually just walked through that roll, but she was looking down the whole time and I liked the photo of her looking at me best.
