I had to work and then babysit my granddaughter today, so backyard photos were the only ones I had a chance to take. The chickens were cooped up all day yesterday because of the blizzard, so they were happy to be outside today. This winter, I discovered that chickens like to eat snow. Somehow this fact escaped me in the five years I'd had chickens.
