Black Sea Bass

Tonight's dinner was the sea bass I bought from the fisherwomen yesterday. This is another work photo for my recipe column, but I'm finally caught up on posting. Dinner was delicious!

@sarasdadandmom the photo wouldn't have been as cool without the heads and they made for some dinner time fun with my husband daring our granddaughter to eat an eye. She didn't.

They look silver! And very pretty, but I do get a bit squeamish with I see a head! haha have you seen that youtube video where they are about to eat the whole fish and it starts moving? So funny. But maybe a fake.
