When I was about 11 years old, I found this old phone in a cabinet in the barn. It was made about 1937 and didn't work on the phone lines of the early 70s, but I eventually figured out how to make it work with batteries, and what I learned in the process helped launch a career. I just found the old phone again while cleaning out my garage.
