Thanks. Homemade filled with my special homemadse boozy mincemeat. Why don't we eat them all year round. Mind you I've got so much Christmas cake left I think we'll still be eating it at Easter
Boozy mincemeat consists of a mixture of dried fruits and chopped almonds with melted butter and a lot of cognac!
I make it early November and let it mature, then use it over Christmas. although I didn't use it all this year and still have a jar in my store cupboard.
