The guy who runs this little boutique is a star. He is totally passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. Most of his business is selling to restaurants and hotels and this little shop is a sideline but he's building up a good clientele. Every Thursday he starts at 6p.m. and runs a wine tasting of 5 wines of a certain type.This week it was his birthday so we got to sample some very nice stuff from his personal cellar. We came home with a couple of bottles of Sicilian white that were bin end bargains and two bottles of a lovely red frizzante which was one of the wines we tasted.
