This years Christmas cake

I'm not fond of traditional marzipan and icing....too sweet for me. This one has a topping like a Florentine. It smelt lovely cooking.

@busylady I've diced marzipan and added it with the fruit when I mixed the cake so I'll still get the marziopan taste
