The curry after Christmas

Not turkey, we managed not to eat turkey this year. This was a vegetable makhani. Nice.

@g3xbm Love a curry. My sisters mother in law was Sri Lankan and I have access to her recipes.
@randystreat Not sure how healthy this is ! Quite a lot of butter and cream in traditional Indian curries.
