This guy is selling coconuts from the back of his bicycle down a pretty lane in Siem Reap town here in Cambodia.
Siem Reap is a pretty odd town as it is full of contrasts, the local people are generally not well off and a lot of the town is looking quite dusty and run-down. However Siem Reap is the gateway to Angkor Wat and tons of wealthy tourists roll in to town everyday craving frozen yoghurt, Italian wood fired pizzas, fish spas and pharmacies selling high end products. All of this and so much more is readily available here, so it is qite the hodge-podge town!
365 is like a window on the world. I am amazed that I can look at a guy selling coconuts from a bicycle in Cambodia while relaxing in Idaho. A very interesting image.
It really is wonderful to see the world, not just through the camera lens, but brought to us by a friend we've come to know through this site. Your commentary paints a broader picture, and we can sense you sharing it with us.
