The Well

For many years, this was the only water source for my Great Aunt and Uncle. For Wednesday's memory and August word, water.

Bautiful shot, not only one of your personal memories but also a bit of family history. I like your use of b&w and the rusty textures of this old pump. We have one in the garden as well, for watering, still in use but we can attach an electrical pump to it these days
