We took a trip to the Cincinnati Zoo to get away for a day on spring break. We also went to the Newport Aquarium. This bridge is a big purple pedestrian bridge that spans the Ohio River between Newport, Kentucky and CIncinnati Ohio. In fact it’s called the Purple People Bridge. Apparently it was originally a railroad bridge. The part shown here is only one half of it. There is another larger lane to the left for bicyclists. The website indicates its available for rent for wedding receptions and other events.
Great perspective. Wow! I remember walking on this when I went a few years ago for spring break. It's a nice place to visit. It sounds like you had fun.
