Driskell Hotel

The Driskell Hotel is a beautiful hotel downtown. It was built in 1886 as the showplace of cattle baron Jesse Driskill. It has a magnificent columned lobby, marble floors and stained-glass dome.

Such a nice shot! I love the angle of it - looks like it could be a postcard. I don't know if that one was haunted...the Jefferson Hotel in Jefferson, TX, is supposed to be, though.

What a great looking building. It sounds like it is a very nice place to stay
