Soup for Lunch

After wonderful fine weather on the long weekend, today dawned dull, cold and raining.
What could be better to have for lunch than homemade vegetable soup.
I made a huge pot of it last night.
Just the best - hmmmmmm!

Your photo of your soup is wonderful...what delicious goodness! That was always my favorite to make when we'd go to the mountains in the winter. Ken & the girls skiied & I stayed and made a big pot of soup...makes for warm memories!
