Hotel at Blackbutt - Queensland

I spied this one on the way home from Roma yesterday afternoon.
Thought you might like to see an Aussie hotel.
I love the wide verandahs and the open look of them.
You can usually get great food at these hotels (Pubs).

Yes, I like it very much... looks so charming with the verandas and the red roof.... it would be lovely just to stop in for a meal and a cool refreshing beer.

That's wonderful, Lois! That's so "Australian", and is a treat for anyone who might never have seen one like this! I've seen similar ones in small towns far south of Sydney, and we've eaten in a pub. I agree with you, you got a really nice picture!
