Gordonia - Egg Plant tree

It's that time of the year again for my Gordonia to flower.
One day it's in bud, the next day flowers everywhere.
Within a short time they are gone.
They are so delicate - the white petals are almost like a membrane.
I love them.

It's beautiful, almost looks like a white orchid of some sort. I've never seen one before, thank you for sharing it.
