Braille Sign at Brisbane International Airport

After we had cleared customs at Brisbane Airport on our way to the Cook Islands, we were sitting having a coffee when Bernie saw this sign.
See how far above his head it is!
On the right is the actual sign with BRAILLE written underneath!
YES BRAILLE!
I wonder what sight impaired person is going read this :)
