In Brisbane we have this cycle scheme whereby you hire a bike in one area & ride it to another area that has a bike depot.
You pay by the month. You put in your pin number at the bike rack you are going to get the bike from.
It is BYO Helmet.
There has been a lot of controversy over putting this transport system in Brisbane.
It cost a fortune to set up. I think it will eventually take off, but it will take some time.
It is going broke.
Each time I see them, there doesn't seem to be many being used.
Having said that, Lynda & I saw a fellow using one the other night.
I think people just aren't used to riding bikes.

hi lois we are all fine thank you , just been away for a weeks holiday down to somerset ... home now so uploading soon.....nice idea people just love cars too much at the moment , but the cost of driving might just convice people to take a cycle
