Armistice Day - Remembrance Day

Today is Armistice Day - a day we remember the end of the First World War in 1918. We hold a minute silence all around the country at 11am to remember the fallen.
The eleventh hour of the eleventh day
This is one of many badges we sell to commemorate this day & raise money for war veterans.

Very nice Lois, and I hope we never lose sight of what it cost the men and women who served through the years.
