I bought this book at a winery in Blenheim on the South Island of New Zealand while we were there on holidays recently.
All proceeds from the sale of this book go to the "Volunteer Support Services - Cancer Society Marlborough". Their aim is to assist those needs which government & other agencies do not cover of cancer patients & their families including travelling to regional centres for treatment..
The Cancer Society of New Zealand does not receive any government funding, but seeks to minimise the impact of cancer on their community through support, education & research.
I thought it was a great cause & look forward to trying out some of the recipes.
