Yesterday I went to my hairdresser - she works from home having just sold her salon.
She lives on the bank of Norman Creek in Norman Park, Brisbane.
I walked down the end of her street & spied this houseboat through the mangroves.
In the recent floods in Brisbane, the water came up to the floorboards in her high-set house.
She was very lucky it peaked at that level.
