Went to the zoo today. When we got to the Polar Bear exhibit Qannik was in the small indoor exhibit. She was running up and down the staircase to the door. She was not getting the attention that she wanted so she started banging on the door to make sure her keeper knew she wanted to go outside. He finished getting her lunch ready and opened the door. She gulped down her lunch and charged down the ramp to the outdoor exhibit and pool. She jumped in and swam over to the overflow to look for her toys that she hid. She didn't find them, I think the keepers had removed them. She likes to hid them in the overflow for the filtration system. Then she swam down to the bottom of the pool and brought out a log that she had hidden. After playing with it she took it back down and re-hid it. Quite the character.
