There are still a few flowers blooming but not many. The deer have eaten all of the leaves off this coneflower leaving only three blossoms. Guess they don't like the taste of the flowers.
Love the detail in the centre of this flower. I'm not bothered by deer in the garden here but I'd love to find out what has been taking one bite out of each of my tomatoes, as soon as they get ripe. I don't mind sharing with wild life but, for heavens sake, eat one whole tomato and leave a couple for me, please!
