@gardencat Hi Joanne, it is a sign on a projection screen at one of the concerts. Black background (it was night also), white kentucky logo and colored lights on the little flower. So you are seeing all of the lightbulbs on the sign. On the original picture all you can see is solid white or color, the detail of the lightbulbs came out after I put on the filter.
