This is part of the Royal Australian Navy Memorial on ANZAC Parade in Caberra. The bronze statue has such amazing angles,colours and textures (particularly at night), although some may also say this section looks like something out of Dr. Who! The white 'glow' is a result of the long exposure on the water in the fountain.
