Here are three of my collection of kitchen tinware colanders. Over the years so many different designs and constructions have been made - but they are all just only variations on a theme - a bowl with holes!!
I converted a layer to B&W and then dropped the opacity to about 80%, giving me more control in the tones. They are photographed sitting on the reverse of the old mirror that I have used for all of the recent still life shots. It might be old & battle scarred, but it has heaps of character....mmm... just like some of the wonderful people in my life! :)
What a wonderful capture. The back of the mirror really gives this some great texture. Wonderful processing. This would look great hanging on my kitchen wall! I think I'm going to have to FAV this one! WELL DONE Lyn!
