I had lunch with my sister at Rickys restaurant on the Noosa River, and oh my.....the tapas was a-mazing....
This is scallop taramasalata wakame tartlet with flying fish roe.

In the past I would have been too timid to photograph food while I was in a restaurant, but I am so glad I have this momento. New food experiences are one of the great joys of being on holidays.
wow, looks too good to eat. Definitely a work of art.

@monika64 No, (sadly) I am back in Canberra now where I live, I was just visiting my sister in Mooloolaba after working at the Goldcoast for the week. I really love the Sunshine Coast though, & hope to move there in a few years time.

I like the Sunshine Coast a lot, had a great holiday in Noosa a few years ago. This photograph is so well done- it seems straight from a magazine. Well done.
