A morning photo workshop in Santiago on camera settings.... I heard a lot of different ideas, some I don't necessarily agree with, but I am on this trip to learn & improve, so... I will do my best & try & "unlearn" many things.....after lunch we fly to Calama, a mining area in the north of Chile, then a longish bus ride to San Pedro de Atacama.
We are at 2,400 m above sea level, there is a snow capped volcano behind our motel, and already everything around me is so very different... .... dinner in a small cantina where this stranger was deep in thought across the courtyard.
(I can't believe I still forget to reset the time on the cameras!!)
