Oh Bless You, my dear friend! Only Wednesday, after an endoscopy, my doctor took me off chocolate...coffee, spicy food, citrus juice,...well, why go on?!! Not fair...not fair! I feel your pain and share it, too!

@grammyn no - that is a very helpful ex-work colleague (Cat) from my first year here. Cat has featured in many of my edits as she was always happy to trust me even when I asked for a crazy pose.
