thanks Nia. Unfortunately the thread seems to have been removed. The most obvious change was to rotate the image so that the elbow crook, eyes and left shoulder are in more of a diagonal line and the neck is not so forward of the body. I lowered the contrast and darkened the highlights a little for a softer feel, as well as some skin softening and clone the distracting leaves on the lower left. See
