Raw 10 edit by ltodd

Raw 10 edit

This is an entry for the Raw10 editing challenge. Ian's original shot and challenge rules are at http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/20496/rawcomp-10

Unlike the JPG file format, Raw files requires a conversion program to view readily, but the benefit in colour control is enormous. I use Lightroom and thank April Milani for letting 365 know about the recent Creative Live free video seminar.

I did not have enough sufficient memory to export directly from LR, so had to send to PSP where I resized, but other than that all editing was undertaken in LR5.
This challenge has been very helpful in pushing my understanding of areas of LR I may not normally use, & discovered simple clone and gradient filters work well in LR!
You've done a great job on this! Good choice to remove the green from the buoy.
