@kerristephens Kerri, I took the cat away, right after I got this shot. The better shot was Ralph looking at Broketail from another hole, not too far away. Missed that one.
Anticipation! I keep mine inside, less worry for myself and the local wildlife. I do bring in moths from the porchlight for the entertainment of my cats and myself, they are the adults of lawn pests so I don't feel too bad about their sacrifice to hunting instinct practice. Cute capture!
@teliz3 Tena, when she was a kitten, her tail got broken. We don't know how for sure. I think a piece of firewood fell on it. The tail and cat survived. She dragged her tail on the floor for a month. The vet said it may or may not come back up. It did. Of course I had to name her broketail.
