It's a good bird day. by maggie2

It's a good bird day.

I had goldfinches, rose breasted grosbeaks, chickadees, nuthatches, tufted titmice, sparrows, purple finches, crows, mourning doves, grackles....Oh it's good to be me.

They weren't too sure about sharing the feeder.
how cute! It looks like they're playing hide and seek! :)

May 5th, 2011
@cfitzgerald Courtney, I've been called many names, but Snow White is a first. :-)
May 5th, 2011
@wac Wendy, now I have to go buy more seed. I know they don't need it now, but I need them. They do keep me amused when I paint.
May 5th, 2011
@murnane Marg, I live in the woods, lots of trees, not a ton of flowers, I'm a horrible gardener. The only flowers I have are things that spread all over and are impossible to kill.
May 5th, 2011
@ayerish Tammy, they weren't too happy with each other. I have one shot of them squawking at each other through the little windows of the bird feeder.

Great capture and how lovely to be able to see such variety, it's strange but here in Malaysia there are really very few birds within the city which I find strange for such a warm place! I think they must all live (wisely) in the jungle!
