They're both in the sunflower family, the yellow one is another Rudbeckia. Either Brown-eyed Susan or Black-eyed Susan. Not sure about the white one, have to wait till after work to poke around the Internet. Lovely shot.
Gorgeous capture ...love your clarity and pov. I'm like you, I want to stop along the road and photo the flowers (weeds?) too. I love them all. If it wasn't for the traffic, I would.
