A possible pigeon

I don't know if this white bird is a pigeon or not, but he was hanging around with a bunch of other pigeons, so I'm guessing so?!

I've never really thought of pigeons being "good looking" before - but I guess this fellow does have a bit more class than your average, every-day grey pigeon. ;)
