Easier to remember as 'sexy woman!', this pre Inca site was breathtaking, standing proudly up above Cusco, the capital of the Incas, with amazing views. Our Peruvian guide gave us an impassioned insight into the building skills of these people - it is amazing to see how the enormous stones fit together seamslessly, no matter what their shape. They stand sturdy to this day, unmoved by earthquakes, with no mortar and not enough room for even a sheet of paper to slide in between the joins.
