In our school we have "The Primaries" which includes students who would traditionally be in grades Pre-K through 3, but who are grouped by readiness rather than chronology. It's a fabulous program and today the families and friends of these little cuties were treated to a performance of some of their daily Brain Gym activities, as well as a very appropriate (and touching) song called "I Am A Promise."
Oh, I am jealous at the "primary group." I don't know why we don't pool our teacher resources that way more! That would have been the perfect spot for my daughter this year!!
