We went to the top of Steptoe Butte just before sunset last night and saw some amazing scenery. The light and shadows and colors were just beautiful... or should I say 'Butte'-iful? The haziness is caused by the dust of harvest in the air, which I kind of like... not the dust, but the haziness. :) If you look at this picture magnified you can see my little town in the middle on the left edge. The white (actually light gray) building you see is the school gym... sort of my home away from home!
@grammyn Not SOOC... When I shoot in "scene" mode, my pics come out a bit on the dark side, so I had to up the highlights a bit. I need to play around with my settings more and learn how to adjust that before I shoot.
