Winter Butte

I engaged in a little "drive by shooting" on the way to church this morning and came up with this photo of the Butte to go along with the other 3 shots of the Butte that have appeared in my project.

LOVE it Marilyn! The amber against the snow white ground- it's fantastic! Checked out the other photos as well- funny how light and weather can change the view.

@heidievans73 Thank you so much! I know what you mean about the light and weather. One of the (many) things I like about the Butte is how it is such a constant which makes it really easy to see how things change throughout the seasons here.

Nice drive by! This is beautiful and so are the others. It would be cool to put all the different seasons of this shot together in a collage!

@hagscat Yes... I sometimes try to decide which is my favorite season for the Butte, but they each have their own beauty, so I guess I just love them all. :)
