@grammyn Thank you so much! It was so easy I am almost embarrassed to tell! In Picnik I used the Dots and Dots effect - dot size 2 and fade 0%, then in the drop down menu selected the Subtract option. I then added a Matte and slid the color slider until I had a green about the same color as the green in the pic, sized it at 20 and applied a strength of 50 and 0% fade. Then in Frames I used Border with an outer size 10 and inner size 5 (I think) and again dragged the color slider around until I thought it matched, making the inner and outer slightly different. I then rounded the inner corner a bit. Then I used the Rounded Edges tool in Frames to round the outer border to match the inner border, checked transparent corner and voilà!
@cimes1@hjbenson@myhrhelper Thank you all so much! As I mention to Katy above it was really quite easy, but also very fun! I will probably try some other editing on this one... I have one idea that I don't think I have the tools to apply, but I am going to try anyway... stay tuned! :)
Awesome effect! Thanks for telling us how you did it but it really doesn't sound that easy. I have tried the dots effect before but didn't make the size smaller so that is good to know. Look forward to more!
@grammyn Actually I returned to Picnik and reproduced the process for you... :) So, I am either sick or I really love you... or maybe a bit of both! And I was so going to use the ETSOOI on my second one, but forgot to put it in.
