Our Athletic Director was named state Athletic Director of the Year this week so we had an impromptu surprise all-school assembly this morning to recognize and congratulate him. If you view this magnified you can see a man in a blue shirt in the left-hand side of the photo... this was our AD's high school basketball coach who just happened to be substitute teaching today! He is grinning with pride in his former student/player.
This is one of those times when I wish I would have had a better camera just for the sake of getting more in the frame at a better resolution... But better a phone camera than no camera!
It cracks me up that ou can count the kids in your all school assembly. Terrific accomplishment for the coach! I am sure they are happy you got a shot of it too. It is a very nice shot!
@grammyn All the kids are not in the shot... we were in more or less a square, so there were two more lines and the ends of both of these lines, so really you are seeing a little less than half of us... OK... you're right... we are really pretty small... :)
