Although the game was not as exciting as I like championship games to be, it was kind of exciting to watch it on the ship with a few hundred of "our closest friends!" And I was rooting for Bama, so the outcome was good... The Tide really rolled right over the Irish, who didn't appear to be fighting too hard!
I forgot to point out the family... In the second row on the left is our son, Jeff; the empty chair by him was usually occupied by daughter, Marisa (on a beverage run!); in the next chair is, Tim; in the chair behind and just to the right of Jeff is Marvin and the empty chair by him was mine.
oh no.. i was rooting for the irish :( but it was a good game.. notre dame tried.. that's all that counts.. good job roll tide.. nice shot of the excitement!
@digitalrn They originally were going to show the game in the sports bar, but it was packed by 2 hours before game time, so they moved it to the big screen on the Lido Deck. Lots of (disappointed) Irish fans on that cruise! :)
