Tonight, with the help of some lighted trees and candles on tables, our school cafeteria was transformed into a wonderful coffee shop complete with solo and small group performances by the high school band and readings and stories by elementary school students and adult members of the community in an "open-mic" format. It was such fun and I was very impressed by our students' bravery and talent. Have I mentioned how much I love our small school and town?!
