On 19 February 2013 my sister, Katy, journeyed to Beirut to meet up with another 365-er, Ruth Moucharafieh. They made a trip to Byblos which sits on the Mediterranean Sea and is the oldest inhabited city in the world. Katy picked up some sea glass and made a necklace for me out of one of the pieces. Needless to say I treasure this necklace... because it is from Byblos and because it is heart-shaped and made by Katy.
