Perfect timing for Alphabet February challenge! Deep Sea Fishing was our only excursion on this cruise and it was a total success! Each of us caught at least 2 fish, and Jeff caught 7 -- rock fish, red snapper, white fish and some others that didn't get named for us. The fish were filleted right on the boat, with several being used to make ceviche ( http://allrecipes.com/recipe/ceviche/ ) and the rest taken to a small taco place where they were prepared Mexican style, grilled in garlic butter and fried for us to enjoy as part of a complete meal. @grammyn Thanks so much. The veggies were ok... I didn't like the texture. I'm sure part of was my natural revulsion to raw fish, and the fact that they were "cooked" in lime juice didn't change the fact that they looked raw.
